El ayuntamiento se elige por elecci\u00f3n directa, en los t\u00e9rminos establecidos en la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal y dura en su cargo tres a\u00f1os.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e595ebd e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e595ebd\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a36cca8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a36cca8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>INTEGRACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>El Presidente Municipal: Es un cargo p\u00fablico que se encuentra al frente de la administraci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de una ciudad, municipio o pueblo. Existe una amplia variedad de regulaciones jur\u00eddicas de esta figura, tanto en lo relativo a sus competencias y responsabilidades como a la forma en que el alcalde es elegido.<\/li>\n<li>El S\u00edndico (a): El s\u00edndico es una persona elegida por una comunidad o corporaci\u00f3n para cuidar de sus intereses. Como tal, tiene diferentes acepciones en diferentes ramas del Derecho.<\/li>\n<li>Los Regidores: Los Regidores forman parte del cuerpo colegiado que delibera, analiza, resuelve, eval\u00faa, controla y vigila los actos de administraci\u00f3n y del Gobierno Municipal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;><strong>FUNCIONAMIENTO:<\/strong> <br><ul><li>El Ayuntamiento funcionar\u00e1 como asamblea deliberante, denominado Cabildo para analizar, discutir y decidir todos aquellos asuntos que sean sometidos a su consideraci\u00f3n y que, de acuerdo a las leyes, le competan.<\/li><li>\nComo cuerpo colegiado, el Ayuntamiento est\u00e1 facultado para expedir el Bando Municipal, los reglamentos, acuerdos y circulares que requieran tanto el r\u00e9gimen de gobierno, como la administraci\u00f3n del municipio.<\/li><li>\nEl Ayuntamiento funcionar\u00e1 en comisiones para inspeccionar y vigilar que se cumplan sus acuerdos y las disposiciones legales federales, estatales y municipales.<\/li><li>\nAdem\u00e1s de las anteriores, el Ayuntamiento tendr\u00e1 las facultades y obligaciones que les se\u00f1alen las leyes federales, estatales y municipales, as\u00ed como las que le establezcan el Bando Municipal, los reglamentos municipales y dem\u00e1s disposiciones
