Con fundamento en el Reglamento Interno de Organizaci\u00f3n de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, su titular organiza y actualiza el inventario general de bienes patrimoniales, registrando origen, uso, destino y situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica. Supervisa la certeza legal de cada propiedad, promueve su regularizaci\u00f3n ante instancias estatales y federales y gestiona la incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevos activos al patrimonio municipal. Eval\u00faa las condiciones de conservaci\u00f3n, propone acciones de mantenimiento y, cuando procede, autoriza la baja de bienes inservibles con la debida justificaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, impulsa mecanismos de control y aprovechamiento responsable, celebra o propone convenios para su resguardo y uso social, y facilita la transparencia mediante reportes peri\u00f3dicos. Su alcance estrat\u00e9gico permite proteger el legado material de Tac\u00e1mbaro, garantizando que cada bien p\u00fablico se conserve, se utilice de manera eficiente y contin\u00fae siendo un recurso
