Ayuntamiento pagar\u00e1 laudos laborales a 8 ex trabajadores de la administraci\u00f3n 2012 \u2013 2015 por un monto mayor a 5 millones de pesos, correspondiente a salarios ca\u00eddos y liquidaciones.<br \/>\n\u201cEn esta administraci\u00f3n estamos actuando de manera responsable, dando la cara, resolviendo problemas a\u00f1ejos y deudas que nos han sido heredadas\u201d, expres\u00f3 el Presidente Municipal, Ing. Salvador Barrera Medrano, quien puntualiz\u00f3 que quiz\u00e1 es la administraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s compleja del Tac\u00e1mbaro moderno.<br \/>\nLo anterior fue expuesto tras llevarse a cabo sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de Cabildo, en donde se dijo que la cantidad inicial a pagar ascend\u00eda a 6 millones 452 mil 127 pesos y 03 centavos, sin embargo luego de dialogo con el representante de los ex trabajadores se logr\u00f3 reducirla a 5 millones 355 mil 457 pesos y 34 centavos, lo que signific\u00f3 un ahorro de 1 mill\u00f3n 96 mil 669 pesos y 69 centavos.<br \/>\nProducto del dialogo tambi\u00e9n se acord\u00f3 que los pagos ser\u00e1n programados cada mes a un ex trabajador, hasta finalizar con el total.<br \/>\nAl pago de estos laudos, se suma el Impuesto Sobre la Renta que fue pagado al Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria  el a\u00f1o pasado por un monto superior a 11 millones de pesos, sumado al 2 por ciento del impuesto sobre  la n\u00f3mina que est\u00e1 pendiente, lo cual ha debilitado las finanzas municipales.<br \/>\nAnte esto se han implementando una serie de acciones de austeridad que han permitido realizar  distintas obras en cada una de las siete tenencias y la cabecera municipal, as\u00ed como la entrega de apoyos directos y distintas acciones en respaldo a las familias vulnerables.<br \/>\nEs necesario se\u00f1alar que a la actual administraci\u00f3n \u00fanicamente le est\u00e1 tocando acatar la resoluci\u00f3n del Tribunal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje del Estado de Michoac\u00e1n, ya que todo el proceso fue llevado durante el trienio  2015 \u2013 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 Es un duro golpe a las finanzas municipales el pago a 8 trabajadores de la administraci\u00f3n 2012 \u2013 2015.
