{"id":9208,"date":"2020-03-30T15:28:04","date_gmt":"2020-03-30T15:28:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tacambaro.gob.mx\/?p=9208"},"modified":"2020-04-16T15:39:36","modified_gmt":"2020-04-16T15:39:36","slug":"ayuntamiento-clausura-establecimientos-que-no-atendieron-indicacion-ante-pandemia-por-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tacambaro.gob.mx\/?p=9208","title":{"rendered":"<h2><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">   AYUNTAMIENTO CLAUSURA ESTABLECIMIENTOS QUE NO ATENDIERON INDICACI\u00d3N ANTE PANDEMIA POR COVID-19. <\/span><\/h2>"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022\tEl operativo fue encabezado por el Secretario Municipal, acompa\u00f1ado de personal de Reglamentos y Seguridad P\u00fablica.<br \/>\nEl Secretario Municipal, Virgilio Almaz\u00e1n G\u00f3mez, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de personal del Departamento de Reglamentos y de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica, encabez\u00f3 un operativo de clausura de establecimientos de video juegos (maquinitas) y cantinas que no acataron las recomendaciones de los tres niveles de gobierno como medida de prevenci\u00f3n ante la pandemia por el Coronavirus COVID-19, y que a\u00fan  se encontraban abiertos al p\u00fablico.<br \/>\nLo anterior debido a que una de las recomendaciones principales de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud es evitar las aglomeraciones de personas, para frenar la propagaci\u00f3n del virus, raz\u00f3n por la cual el H. Ayuntamiento emiti\u00f3 un  comunicado el pasado 24de marzo en donde dispone con car\u00e1cter de obligatorio que deber\u00e1n suspender actividades los gimnasios, salones de fiestas, locales de maquinitas, centros deportivos, balnearios y guarder\u00edas.<br \/>\nPor tal motivo, atendiendo a la indicaci\u00f3n del Presidente Municipal, Ing. Salvador Barrera Medrano, el Secretario del Ayuntamiento encabez\u00f3 el operativo de clausura de los mencionados establecimientos, acci\u00f3n que se efect\u00faa en cumplimiento a las indicaciones de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud Federal y Estatal, luego de que el Gobierno Federal declarara  fase II en la contingencia.<br \/>\nEl H. Ayuntamiento reconoce la responsabilidad de los propietarios de los establecimientos que han suspendido temporalmente sus actividades, y  a quienes no, se les invita a que lo hagan ya que de lo contario ser\u00e1n clausurados.<br \/>\nEs importante mencionar que el operativo ser\u00e1 replicado en las tenencias para verificar que los giros comerciales citados  cumplan con la disposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 El operativo fue encabezado por el Secretario Municipal, acompa\u00f1ado de personal de Reglamentos y Seguridad P\u00fablica.
