Salvador Barrera Medrano, firm\u00f3 un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n institucional con la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social y Humano (SEDESOH) del Gobierno Estatal, para la implementaci\u00f3n del programa \u201cCasa Bienestar\u201d que otorgar\u00e1 apoyos de l\u00e1minas de fibrocemento, cemento para tabic\u00f3n, tinacos de 450 litros y estufas ecol\u00f3gicas.<br \/>\nPrevio a la firma del convenio efectuada en la presidencia municipal, Barrera Medrano agradeci\u00f3 el respaldo de Juan Carlos Barrag\u00e1n V\u00e9lez, Titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social y Humano, reconociendo que la conjunci\u00f3n de esfuerzos institucionales se ve reflejado en acciones a favor de los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables.<br \/>\nEl convenio integra  35 tinacos de 450 litros, 72 toneladas de cemento para la elaboraci\u00f3n de tabic\u00f3n, 500 l\u00e1minas de fibrocemento y 500 estufas ecol\u00f3gicas, los cuales son entregados por la citada dependencia estatal al Ayuntamiento para su administraci\u00f3n y entrega a los sectores vulnerables previo estudio socioecon\u00f3mico.<br \/>\nPara las estufas ecol\u00f3gicas, el Ayuntamiento aportar\u00e1 150 mil pesos para la adquisici\u00f3n de los quemadores y escape de cada una de ellas, los cuales tienen un costo de 600 pesos, que  ser\u00e1n aportados por el Ayuntamiento y el beneficiario en un 50 por ciento respectivamente; mientras que en los dem\u00e1s apoyos la aportaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 con recursos humanos y materiales.<br \/>\nEs importante mencionar que el Ayuntamiento utilizar\u00e1 la vibrobloquera para la elaboraci\u00f3n de tabic\u00f3n, luego de que fuera reparada, la cual se encuentra en comodato otorgado por  la dependencia estatal.<br \/>\nFinalmente, el Presidente Municipal, Ing.
